AI Brain Dump & AI Coach for Your To-Dos

Turn a messy mental list into scheduled tasks — then let your AI coach tell you where to start.

What's included

  • AI Brain Dump: natural language becomes fully structured tasks
  • Dates, times, and priorities detected automatically
  • Brain dump from the To-Do page or inside the new-task window
  • AI Coach suggests what to do first when your list feels heavy
  • Breaks big, intimidating tasks into smaller steps
  • Included in Flow and Forever — no setup required

Most to-do apps ask you to be organised before you're allowed to be productive. You have to already know the task, the date, the time, the priority. On an overloaded morning, that's the exact work your brain can't do yet.

So we built two calm AI helpers into your To-Do page — one for getting everything out of your head, one for deciding what to actually do next.

Brain Dump: get it out of your head in one go

Tap the sparkle and write the way you'd text a friend: "run at 9, pick up the kids at noon, edit the deck before 3, call mum sometime this week."

Auraely reads it and creates each item as its own task — with the date, time, and priority already filled in. No forms, no repeating yourself, no deciding on structure before you've even finished the thought.

You'll find it in two places: the Brain dump button on your To-Do page, and the sparkle beside the save icon inside the new-task window, which opens a bigger space to type freely.

AI Coach: a second opinion when the list feels heavy

Some days the problem isn't capturing the work — it's staring at twenty things and freezing.

Tap the lightbulb at the top of your To-Do page and your AI coach looks at your actual list — what's urgent, what's been sitting there, how much you've already got on today — and suggests a gentler order to move through it. It can also help you break an intimidating task into smaller, doable steps.

It's guidance, not pressure. You stay in charge of your day; the coach just helps you see it more clearly.

Why this matters

Both features exist for the same reason Auraely exists: your tools should absorb the mental load, not add to it. Capturing should take seconds. Deciding shouldn't cost you your morning.

Brain Dump and AI Coach are included in Flow and Forever, with nothing extra to set up.

Your Google Calendar, Now Inside Auraely

See all your Google Calendar events without switching apps — your schedule, unified.

What's included

  • Pull Google Calendar events into Auraely automatically
  • Events appear in Day, 3-Day, Week, and Month views
  • Works alongside your existing Auraely tasks and reminders
  • One-time setup — stays synced in the background

If you've ever felt the friction of bouncing between your task manager and your calendar app, this one's for you.

Starting today, you can connect your Google Calendar account to Auraely and see all your existing events directly inside your Auraely calendar. No more switching tabs. No more copying appointments by hand. Your schedule is finally in one place.

How it works

Once you connect your Google Calendar in Settings → Integrations, Auraely will pull in your events and display them alongside your Auraely tasks and reminders. Your day view, week view, and month view will all reflect a complete picture of what's on your plate — work meetings, personal appointments, everything.

This is a read-only sync for now, which means your Google Calendar events appear in Auraely but changes you make in Auraely won't push back to Google Calendar. We built it this way intentionally — we wanted to make sure the experience felt solid and trustworthy before adding two-way editing. Two-way sync is already on our roadmap.

Why this matters

Most productivity tools force you to choose: live inside their ecosystem or keep using the tools you already rely on. We don't think that's a fair ask. Auraely is built to work with your existing life, not replace it. Connecting your Google Calendar is a big step toward that vision — a calm, unified workspace that meets you where you are.

How to get started

Head to Settings → Integrations → Connect Google Calendar. You'll be prompted to sign in with your Google account and grant permission. Once connected, your events will appear automatically across all calendar views.

A Calendar That Finally Fits How You Think

Day, 3-Day, Week, and Month views — see your time the way your brain actually works.

What's included

  • Hour-by-hour Day View with drag-and-drop scheduling
  • 3-Day View for short-horizon planning
  • 7-day Week View with visual time blocks
  • Full Month View for big-picture planning

We've all experienced the frustration of a calendar that doesn't quite match how we think about time. Some days you need the big picture. Other days you need to zoom in on exactly what's happening at 2pm. Until now, Auraely's calendar was limited. That changes today.

We've just shipped four new calendar views — and each one is designed to help you feel more in control of your day, not more overwhelmed by it.

Day View with Timeline

The Day View gives you a gorgeous hour-by-hour timeline of your entire day. You can see every task, event, and reminder laid out in chronological order with visual blocks that show you exactly how much time each thing takes. Drag events to reschedule them. Resize them to change how long they run. It's your day, made tangible.

This view is particularly powerful for people who think in time blocks — if you like to know that your morning is for deep work, your afternoon for calls, and your evening for winding down, the Day View makes that structure visible and easy to manage.

3-Day View

The 3-Day View sits between the granularity of Day View and the breadth of the Week View. It shows you today and the two days ahead in a side-by-side layout, giving you just enough context to plan without drowning in a full week's worth of information.

It's ideal for days when you're in execution mode — you don't need to see next Tuesday, you just need to know what's happening in the next 72 hours.

Week View

The classic weekly grid, reimagined. The Auraely Week View shows all 7 days at once with timed events displayed as blocks inside each column. You get a birds-eye view of your entire week, making it easy to spot where you're overcommitted, where you have breathing room, and where you want to protect time for focused work.

Month View

When you need to zoom all the way out, the Month View is your go-to. See every event, task with a due date, and appointment across the entire month at a glance. It's perfect for planning ahead, checking availability, and making sure you haven't accidentally double-booked yourself three Fridays from now.

Why we built all four

We thought carefully about whether to offer multiple views or just pick one and do it really well. The answer became obvious pretty quickly: different people think about time differently, and the same person needs different perspectives at different points in their day or week. Giving you four views isn't complexity — it's flexibility. And switching between them is instant, so you can move fluidly between perspectives as your needs change.

All views work on mobile and desktop, and your events, tasks, and reminders are consistent across all of them.
