These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auraely (the "Service"), operated by Auraely ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Auraely provides tools designed to support personal productivity, organization, and related AI-assisted features. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or sign in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the information and data you input into the Service, including tasks, notes, schedules, preferences, and other productivity-related content, as well as any Google Calendar event data synchronized with your explicit permission.
By using the Service, you grant Auraely a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and display this information solely to operate, support, and maintain the Service. Auraely does not use your content or synchronized data to train or fine-tune any AI models.
Auraely may offer AI-powered features intended to assist with productivity and decision-making. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on AI-generated results. AI features may be limited or available only under certain plans.
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication, hosting, AI infrastructure providers, and external calendar services like Google Calendar. Auraely is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services, including your Google Account and Google Calendar, may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Certain features may require payment. By subscribing to a Paid Plan, you authorize Auraely to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise stated, Paid Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date.
We may modify pricing from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice before changes to existing subscriptions take effect.
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan, email us at auraelyapp@gmail.com for a full refund. We will cancel your subscription and your account will move to the Free plan.
This 7-day guarantee applies to your initial payment only. Renewal payments are non-refundable, though you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Forever (one-time) purchases are eligible for the same 7-day guarantee. Upon refund, your account moves to the Free plan.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auraely disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auraely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Auraely's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auraely from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
