This Privacy Policy explains how Auraely ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Auraely application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
This information is used solely for security, reliability, and performance monitoring.
Auraely does not sell personal information.
If you sign in using Google OAuth or another third-party provider:
Auraely's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings or within Auraely's integration settings.

Auraely does not access Google contacts, files, emails, or any other Google services through initial OAuth. If you enable calendar sync, we request access to your Google Calendar events using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope.
Google user data is used solely to provide core functionality — authenticating your identity, managing your account, and displaying Google Calendar events within Auraely. Google user data, including Google Calendar event data, is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or training AI models.
Auraely does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be shared only with service providers supporting essential functionality under strict contractual privacy and security obligations.
Google user data is securely stored using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and permitted only when necessary to operate, secure, or support the Service.
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Service, and comply with legal obligations. You may revoke Google Calendar access at any time. Upon revocation, Auraely will cease accessing calendar data and delete any retained calendar data within a reasonable timeframe. To request full account deletion, contact auraelyapp@gmail.com.
Information you input is stored and processed to provide the Service. Auraely personnel may access user content only when necessary for support, security, reliability, or legal compliance.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. We maintain internal logs for reliability and security monitoring. These logs may include timestamps, device and browser information, IP address, and in-app actions. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
Data you input may be processed by AI systems solely to deliver the functionality you request. Auraely does not use your content to train or fine-tune any AI models.
Auraely relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Data is processed by these providers only as necessary, and they are required to process data under applicable privacy, security, and confidentiality obligations.

Auraely uses standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect user data. While we take reasonable measures, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide and maintain the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you request account deletion, we delete your account and associated content from our active systems within 30 days.

Auraely is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
